The grapes sucked on the shell for 2 hours and then squeezed. After pressing, chilling overnight I chopped off the clean juice and the icing was vacuumed. The fermentation was cooled to 13 degrees Celsius in 10 days in an acid-proof steel container. At the end of the ferment, I extracted my basic condensation. I kept it for 2 months in a finely sweaty bottle
